The program is conducted in the following areas:
Applications are accepted in two categories: “Start-1” and “Start-2”.
The category “Start-1” is for projects of “seeding” stage. Winners receive funding up to 3 million rubles. During the implementation of this stage of the project, scientific research is carried out, a prototype of the product is developed, its tests, etc., which will make it possible to verify the commercialization of the results of scientific research.
Applications for this nomination are accepted from legal entities and individuals. Individuals should not participate in other projects implemented with the financial support of the Foundation for Assistance of Innovation and the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The category “Start-2” is for projects of winners of the nomination “Start-1”. Winners will be able to finance the project up to 5 million rubles. Applications for this nomination are accepted only from enterprises that meet the criteria for referring to a small business entity in accordance with Federal Law No. 209-FZ of July 24, 2007. One of the main conditions for conducting work at this stage is to raise funds for the project from extrabudgetary sources in the amount not less than the funds provided by one of the Funds.
