Bosch has become an anchor resident of Technopark “Idea”.
The first Russian Communication Centre Bosch has started its activity within the extension of the Bosch Group international branch network. The Centre is located in the territory of Innovational production Technopark “Idea” in Kazan.
There is a good reason to locate the Communication Centre Bosch in Kazan: a great educational infrastructure in Kazan allows the Bosch to hire skilled and young staff, and developed infrastructure of Technopark “Idea” creates all the necessary comforts for business development.
The Communication Centre Bosch has started its activity since the early 2012s and even today we may speak of successful launch and development of the Company’s business in the Republic of Tatarstan. President of the Bosch Group in Russia and the CIS Gerhard Pfeifer as well as other representatives of the Bosch have made a visit to assure of this fact.
The guests have familiarized with the Company’s infrastructure, staff and plans for business development in Tatarstan during their visit to the Communication Centre Bosch in Kazan.
The Communication Centre Bosch, forming a part of the Bosch Group, allows the international supplier of Business-Process Outsourcing services (BPO) to extend the range of functions focused on the Russian-speaking customers.
The Kazan Centre is primarily aimed at the implementation of the Russian-language projects for various branches of the Bosch. Projects related to the involvement of customers in the private and public sectors, including security services, are currently under the planning.
About 50 jobs will be created at the first stage in the new Communication Centre by the end of this year; a total of 200 people will be employed by 2014.
