On July 2, 2013, Technopark “Idea” will hold a meeting between the heads of Tatarstan small and medium-sized enterprises and the head of federal project “Vertical Career Flights” (VCF) Sergey Gulyaev.
The “Vertical Career Flights” is one of the key projects supported by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives under the initiative “New Technologies for Competence”. It is designed to create the electronic base of professionals who receive competence-based education solving practical problems for the medium business.
The project was approved in October 2011. Kazan (Volga region) Federal University was selected as Tatarstan operator according to the results of the Agreement signed in October 2012.
During the meeting Sergey Gulyaev will speak about the advantages of staff involvement by the technique "Open Selection", the trends in the modern labor market and the potential base of professionals.
Following the meeting, entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to enter the federal HR database, where they will be able to find future employees or become future employees of a large recruiter company.
