49% of shares of Closed Joint-Stock Company «Innovative Technopark «Idea» passed into the ownership of State Corporation of Nanotechnologies (RUSNANO).

Investment Agreement on creation of Nano-scaled Technologies Centre on the basis of Technopark “Idea” was signed in Moscow on August 31^st, 2010. The total cost of the project is 3.6 billion rubles.

The project of Nano-scaled Technologies Centre on the basis of Technopark “Idea” became one of the winners of the first open competition of SC “RUSNANO” on creation of infrastructure complexes intended for commercialization of nanotechnology developments.

In addition to SC “RUSNANO”, JSC “Tatneftechiminvest-holding” and State Nonprofit Organization “Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” are shareholders of CJSC “Innovative Technopark “Idea” as well. Ratio of shareholders’ interests in CJSC “Innovative Technopark “Idea” is specified by their proportional contribution to the capital of Technopark.

Return of allotment of CJSC “Innovative Technopark “Idea” in favor of SC “RUSNANO” is registered by Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia on the 3^rd of February.
