In May, 4 2007 delegation of Tatarstan Republic with Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov at the head has visitedStuttgart and Boblingen cities in Germany. As the result of the business trip an association agreement was signed between Technopark “Idea” and IBM Company.
According to the terms of the agreement, «IBM- Eastern Europe/Asia» company will provide services of market researching, development strategy creating and business planning of Technological Center of embedded system IT-products in mechanical engineering and petrochemistry, possessing export potential.
Technological Center of IT-products will be one of the component parts of the High Technology Park of Tatarstan Republic. The High Technology Park is going to be placed in two areas: in the territory of Technopark “Idea”, where IT-Park is supposed to be build up, and in the territory of Industrial Park “Himgrad”, where chemical and petrochemical entities are intend to be developed.
