The delegation headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Russia Ron van Dartel met these days with Tatarstan.
Today, guests of the republic got acquainted with the innovation infrastructure of Tatarstan. In particular, a meeting of the working group for innovations of Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of the Netherlands was held in Innopolis. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Department of Social Development and Innovation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Artem Shadrin.
During the meeting, CEO of Technopark “Idea”, the representative of the Foundation for Assistance in the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Yushko told the Ambassador about the international programs of the Foundation and the basic principles of cooperation. Sergey Yushko offered guests organize such an international program with the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
During the visit to Tatarstan the delegation of the Netherlands got acquainted with the activities of Technopark “Idea”. Sergey Yushko told the guests about the main stages of development of Technopark and projects of the resident companies.
Following the meeting, the sides expressed willingness to continue the dialogue to identify new opportunities for cooperation.
It should be noted that the delegation headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Russia Ron van Dartel are in Tatarstan from 29 June to 1 July 2016. During this time, guests also were getting acquainted with the activities of IT Park, visiting Innopolis and studying the work of the Educational Center of High Medical Technologies.
