During the visit on the building ground, work of laying foundation of building and underground parking was in full swing.
The official visit of L.D.Reiman continued in Kazan Kremlin, where he had the meeting with RT President M.Sh.Shaimiev. During the meeting the head of Federal agency for communication, Valeriy Bugaenko , The First deputy Prime-minister of RT, R.Muratov, State Counsellor on economic issues of President of RT, Evgeniy Grishin, Minister for communication and informatization of RT, F.
